HUGO KOTAR

Managing Director

Hugo is Managing Partner of KP Capital and has 23 years of Capital Markets experience. A former Vice President of Canaccord and PI Financial, Hugo has raised over $25 million for growth companies including co founder / investor of IBAT (formerly Rheingold) $700 Million lithium explorer and technology company. Hugo earned a BA in Economics from McGill University.

KEN KUIPER

Technical Director & Spatial Data Manager

Specializing in data management and GIS, Ken is the founder of Ellis Park Media, a GIS and aerial survey company serving the resource industry. With a background in geography and Earth Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, Ken has worked internationally with organizations such as the United Nations and has been integral in building grass-roots companies to become highly successful producers, such as MAG Silver (Market Cap $2B). He was a key member of several acquired companies, including West Timmins Mining ($319M), Northern Empire ($115M), Balmoral Resources ($110M), and Corvus Gold ($375M).

MICHEL BÉLISLE

Chief of Exploration and Logistics

President of Maxima Resources Inc. and manager of Amixam Resources. Founded in 2002, Maxima Resources manages several properties in base, precious and rare earth metals.  Maxima has developed expertise in soil geochemistry from planning to delivery of results reports produced by an independent firm. Whether for transport logistics, accommodation, field work, data collection, promotional files, field visit reports, Maxima is there.

With a proven track record of driving growth and overseeing operations, she has also served as an Independent Director for publicly traded companies in Canada.
